Start with the blank file or inspect the worked example.

The CSV includes 29 fields for quantities, model references, dimensions, lighting, electrical and mounting notes, drawings, samples and delivery phases. Enter unknown requirements as 'To confirm' rather than assuming approval.

Editable in spreadsheet software. The example contains illustrative quantities and unapproved requirements; replace them with your project information before submitting.

Worked Example

Room counts are different from mirror quantities.

The following is an illustrative schedule, not a customer project or a recommended spare allowance. All sizes are model reference sizes and all sample statuses are unapproved.

Illustrative room schedule — quantities to replace with your own
Room / locationModel referenceRooms × mirrorsSparesTotal units
Standard king · bathroomMV-CR-R6080 · 600 x 800 mm40 × 1 = 40242
Suite · double vanityMV-CN-W1200 · 1200 x 750 mm6 × 1 = 617
Standard king · dressing areaMV-FM-F5016 · 500 x 1600 mm40 × 1 = 40242

Calculation: total quantity = room count × mirrors per room + spare quantity. The suite row uses one wide mirror across a double vanity. The dressing-area mirror is a separate location in the same king room, so it needs its own row.

How to Complete It

Keep one row for each specification and delivery phase.

A changed finish, size, control arrangement or delivery phase needs its own row even when the base model code remains the same.

01 · Quantity

Count rooms and units separately

Enter room count, mirrors per room, calculated base quantity, optional spares and total quantity. Confirm the final quantities with the project team before ordering.

02 · Specification

Describe the physical mirror

Enter a model reference, width and height or diameter, shape, finish, lighting and functions. Use separate rows for different variants. Leave the unused diameter or width/height fields blank.

03 · Handoff

Attach the active drawings and decisions

Record the mounting drawing, electrical requirements, cable exit/driver access, destination, phase, carton mark, drawing revision and sample status. List unresolved items in the final column.

The CSV is an editable schedule, so recalculate quantities after making changes. Attach it with the referenced drawings through Submit an RFQ. Use the sample approval checklist for the approval record.
