Guest bathroom
Single vanity models
Start with a frameless rectangle, a round framed mirror or an oval model. Check the vanity elevation, lighting arrangement and required functions before fixing the size.
Hospitality Projects
Bring vanity, suite and dressing-area mirrors into one coordinated project schedule. MIVEQ supports model selection and specification review so the designer, buyer and installer work from the same room and drawing references.
Room Planning
Model references describe product directions, not completed hotel installations. Follow the comparison or catalog links to review the available photographs and dimensions.
Guest bathroom
Start with a frameless rectangle, a round framed mirror or an oval model. Check the vanity elevation, lighting arrangement and required functions before fixing the size.
Suite bathroom
Decide whether the layout needs one wide mirror or separate mirrors over each basin. Record magnifier location, controls and anti-fog requirements with the selected variant.
Guest room
The MV-FM-F5016 full-length model has a 500 x 1600 mm size reference. Keep room mirrors separate from bathroom mirrors when their location, controls or packing marks differ.
Hanging & Installation Planning
The project installer should confirm the wall and fixing requirements. Use the checklist below to coordinate the design; the approved model instructions and site assessment determine the installation method.
| Project detail | Information to record | Decision it supports |
|---|---|---|
| Wall and backing | Wall construction, backing position and installer requirements | Reviewing the fixing arrangement for the actual site |
| Mirror position | Vanity elevation, centerline, fittings and clearance | Checking alignment and conflicts before final dimensions are approved |
| Bracket and access | Proposed mounting drawing, hanging direction and removal space | Confirming installation and future service access |
| Electrical handoff | Cable exit, driver access, switch relationship and project requirements | Keeping the proposed electrical configuration aligned with the room |
| Receiving and sorting | Room type, model code, delivery phase, carton mark and accessory list | Matching each package to the correct installation location |
Worked Site Handoff
Fictional coordination example, not a completed MIVEQ project or an approved installation. The roles below are proposed reviewers; your project team should name the person responsible for each decision.
Room / variant: Standard king bathroom · STD-A / V1. Model reference: MV-CR-R6080, 600 x 800 mm. This is a starting size, subject to site and drawing review. Working files: buyer elevation STD-A-ELEV-r02.pdf and proposed supplier drawing STD-A-MIR-r01.pdf. These example filenames are not downloadable project documents.
STD-A / V1 · Position
Open: the buyer elevation is revision 02, but the proposed mirror drawing still refers to revision 01.
STD-A / V1 · Mounting
Open: the proposed mirror drawing does not yet reference the site wall/backing information or the removal route.
STD-A / V1 · Electrical
Open: the cable-exit and driver-access positions have not been checked against the room electrical drawing.
Example decision: open — site coordination is not signed off. Keep unresolved questions attached to the variant when requesting a quote. Before approving the affected sample details, record the agreed drawing revisions, reviewer names, dates and remaining conditions. This example does not specify wiring, fixings or installation clearances; those depend on the approved product instructions and qualified site review.
If the layout changes to revision 03, mark revision 02 as superseded and reopen every affected decision. Carry the agreed variant and drawing references into the sample approval record; site coordination does not replace product sample acceptance. Use the existing blank sample decision CSV for that separate review. Send the room schedule, active drawings and open questions through the hotel RFQ.
Coordinate the Handoff
Keep the room type, model, quantity, drawing revision and sample status together. When a requirement changes, update the affected row and attach the revised reference.
Editable in spreadsheet software. The example contains illustrative quantities and unapproved requirements; replace them with your project information before submitting.
See the worked room-schedule example for quantities and variants. For quotation stages, sample sign-off and bulk packing, continue to hotel bathroom mirror manufacturing.
RFQ First
Include drawings, mirror quantities, model references, destination, sample requirements and required delivery phases so MIVEQ can review the project scope.
