Buyers should confirm product dimensions, visible finish, lighting behavior, anti-fog area, control response, magnifier placement, mounting, labels, packaging route, file revisions, and any accepted changes before placing or releasing a bulk order.
Before quotation
- Review the sample against the latest written RFQ, drawing, and approved model code instead of against memory or photos alone.
- Separate appearance approval from function approval because lighting, controls, anti-fog, and magnifiers may need different checks.
- Record any sample changes in writing before bulk pricing, packaging files, or production documents are finalized.
- Confirm whether product approval, label approval, instruction approval, and carton artwork approval are separate buyer-side steps.
- Keep destination-market notes buyer-provided and attached to the approved sample record when they affect labels, plugs, drivers, or instructions.
