A useful LED mirror RFQ is not only a product description. It should let sales, engineering, production, quality, and packaging teams see which decisions are confirmed, which files control the order, and which items still need buyer confirmation.

Send each file with the decision it controls.
The same RFQ can include product drawings, room schedules, packaging files and approval notes. Label the role of each attachment so review does not depend on file names alone.

Use the hotel room schedule when room types, delivery phases, carton marks or mirror quantities differ by location.
Packaging file
Controls carton and label work
Keep label copy, barcode lists, carton artwork, instruction notes and packaging approval separate from product sample approval.

Model Starting Points
Use a photographed reference to reduce ambiguity.
A model code helps MIVEQ understand the starting structure. Final dimensions, electrical configuration, documents, packaging, and approval status still need quotation and sample review.

These dimensions and features describe the listed reference models. Final dimensions, electrical configuration, light output, documentation and packaging must be confirmed in the quotation and approved sample. A model photo does not establish a rating or certification for your project.
Submit Ready
Send the RFQ when the record can be reviewed.
A complete RFQ can still include unknowns. The important part is to mark them clearly and keep each unknown attached to the affected model, room type, packaging route or sample step.
- Use one project name across drawings, schedules, email subject lines, and RFQ form notes
- Separate each mirror variant by model reference, custom size, finish, function set, quantity, and delivery phase
- Mark unknown items as TBD instead of deleting them from the request
- State whether product sample, packaging sample, labels, instructions, and cartons have separate approval owners
